“Call the cops he’s gonna die!”: Family to one of the interchange stabbing victims provides video insight

A family member to one of the two stabbing victims at Casuarina Square bus interchange has provided a video glimpse into the chaotic aftermath.

On their request, we have removed the sound; but their harrowing cries of assistance for the pair have left an indelible impression on this publication to the horror we read and sometimes dismiss as just another violent incident in Darwin.

The number of young girls, many appearing to be pre-teenage returning to the bus interchange with the two victims seemed rather astounding; highlighting the age many of these youths are when exposed to such violence.

A hammer attack on Monday by two girls on a third at the same bus interchange has left one victim attending hospital for treatment; we've been informed by a mother today.

She told The Mango Inquirer that the parent involved had reported it to police and was "pressing charges".

Video of another hammer attack between three different schoolgirls inside Casuarina Square [not the food court hammer attack as reported by NT News on 28th March] occurring about three weeks ago, has reached out inbox just this evening.

It leaves us with little alternative but leaving us but to canvass Casuarina Square security for information on what's going on; under condition of anonymity of course.

We'll report our findings in the next day or so.

We are The Mango Inquirer.
