Video of a man smoking a pipe and talking to himself at the Pie Face servo station in Parap has caused a reader enough concern to reach out to The Mango Inquirer.

They asked: "What is Darwin coming to?"

"I can't hear him I was in the car but he was smoking meth when children was walking by it was out the Parap pie face servo at 12.30pm today."
