Our much-valued regular correspondent has filed a brief report from the Adelaide River rodeo last night, where phone reception was scarce, but the bugs were thick and hampering technical operations.
Moments of mayhem flashed intermittently through the blizzard of bugs, as a horse appeared to dally amongst contenders, and the flicker of high vis jackets and XXXX beer cans sauntered in the dust.
