A witness has shared the terrifying moment a 25 to 30yo man allegedly pulled a knife on Lost Arc staff in the pokies area yesterday at lunch time.
The witness said: "An indigenous bloke came in and started berating his misso.
"When the lovely bar staff came in to break it up, as his yelling and abuse was extremely loud, he called the bar staff a 'racist and discriminatory white c**t.
"He said 'I'll effing stab you', and proceeded to pull a knife out from his back jean waistband.
"I was completely frozen, and thought 'oh my god, this going to be like Declan Laverty all over again.
"He eventually backed off and left, but oh my god.
"Since when are stabbings the new 'norm' and acceptable?"
The Mango Inquirer reached out to the Lost Arc for CCTV of the incident, but in a statement they shared their priority was the safety of their staff and patrons.
"The people involved will be denied entry in the future for the safety of all patrons and staff.
"He was an indigenous male, 4ft8 and had an ankle monitor, 25-30 years old.
"Identifying the aggressor in this fashion could potentially make our staff a target, so no, there will be no footage released."
