Tomorrow's verdict on local photographer Paul Arnold's DV court matter has been delayed again, during an in-chambers decision by judge Therese Austin.
It's the second lengthy delay on the high profile case, after the verdict faced a four-month scheduling conflict last year.

The former Darwin councillor and successful photographer was arrested last year in June on multiple aggravated assault and a stalking charge.
Arnold was awarded a $100,000 government business grant for his photography gallery around the time of his arrest, leading to questions by ABC Darwin on the appropriateness of the decision.
The photographer has denied any nepotism or corruption in the grant process, threatening legal action on the matter.
A short period after the negative media coverage, he rebranded his gallery shopfront to Wild Country. A few months after that, he returned back to Paul Arnold signage again.
In a series of unfortunate events, Arnold's high profile lawyer John Tippett QC was arrested last month on a drink-driving charge, after allegedly crashing into the back of a police car.

Footage leaked to NT Independent from the police watch house after his arrest suggested the lawyer asked for assistance in lowering his breathalyser reading, although the silk was intoxicated at the time.
The Mango Inquirer does not imply judge Therese Austin, presiding over the matter, has engaged in any inappropriate conduct.
At this stage the verdict is scheduled for May 9th, unless unforseen circumstances delay the matter further.
